What do you do when you have a plot of land with your property?
Do you simply keep it as part of your properties garden? sell it? or do you develop it?
For our clients, they wanted to develop land that was to the side of a property that they owned. With plans drawn up and approved for a 2 bedroom end of terrace home, they approached us to assist in the build - installing electrical, plumbing and heating services to the property.
Whilst most of the major building work was being carried out by another contractor, EMS worked alongside and carried out "first fixings" - installing electrical cable ready for lighting, switches and sockets and installing pipework for sanitary, heating and water.
Throughout the rest of the build, our engineers "second fixed" the property - installing decorative lighting, switches and sockets, installing plumbing for the property's bathroom and sink in the kitchen, installing new boiler and radiators and assisted finishing groundworks and decorating of the property.
The client was extremely pleased with the finished works and quickly saw the property go up for rent and welcome its new tenants.
