Nathan Williams
Managing Director
Having qualified as an electrical engineer, Nathan went into business in 2006. Nathan is now proud to have built the company up from 2 electrical engineers to a strong team of electricians, gas engineers, plumbers and multi-trades. Having completed some personal property developments, Nathan expanded EMS into the business it has become, offering a full turnkey solution. From initial concept, to design then delivering the finished product. Quality and service have always been forefront in Nathan’s ethos.
Adam Rosser
Operations Director
With 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry, Adam now undertakes the day to day running of our electrical and mechanical jobs along with office management. Having started out as an electrician, he has worked his way up through the company to a senior position over the last 25 years. Adam combines his practical site experience with strong managerial skills to oversee projects effectively, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. His progression reflects his commitment, capability, and significant value to the business.
Rhys Miller
Electrical Supervisor
With nearly 20 years in the industry, Rhys now runs our electrical installations. His attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and approachable manner have made him a valued member of the team and a trusted point of contact for customers. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Rhys actively mentors apprentices and supports the development of newly qualified electricians, contributing directly to the growth and expertise of the company’s skilled workforce.
