PAT Testing

Electro-Main provides the Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Appliances. Our main goal is to supply your company or organization with a comprehensive and cost effective solution to comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

All Employers and Landlords/Letting agents are responsible by law for preventing any harm coming to their employees, customers and tenants when using electrical appliances or equipment provided for their use.

If your working environment or property has any appliances with a mains voltage plug attached, for example: Computers, Monitors, Printers, Kettles, Microwaves, Fridges, Vacuum Cleaners, Cash Tills, etc.

You will have a duty to comply with all the necessary regulations. PAT Testing is the best way you can fulfill this obligation. Failure to implement a procedure of Portable Appliance Testing can also have insurance implications
